User Agreement & Platform Terms of Usage
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, accessing free route tools, or purchasing paid digital access (such as the ₹49 All-Access Pass, country dossiers, or eSIM packages), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations of India, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Scope of Digital Services
Schengen Route provides digital preparatory materials designed to assist applicants from India in preparing statutory application packages for European Schengen (Type-C) and National Long-Stay (Type-D) visa categories. Services include:
- Consular document checklists, financial solvency calculation models, and rejection risk audits.
- Route match profiling based on self-declared user inputs.
- Curated official consular links, appointment booking directories, and jurisdiction guides.
- Digital eSIM voucher packages for international mobile roaming connectivity across European networks.
3. User Accounts & Payment
Transactions are processed securely through RBI-licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay). Digital access to paid passes (e.g., 7-Day All-Access Pass ₹49) is activated immediately upon successful transaction callback. Users agree to provide accurate email addresses to receive transaction receipts and account access.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All proprietary country guides, algorithm calculations, structured comparison matrices, and editorial content are the exclusive intellectual property of Schengen Route. Access is licensed to you strictly for your individual, non-commercial visa preparation. Scraping, unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial syndication of our database without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we diligently verify statutory immigration rules against official legal gazettes (such as Aufenthaltsgesetz in Germany, Testo Unico in Italy, and IND norms in the Netherlands), immigration policies are dynamic. Schengen Route shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from consular fee updates, appointment slot shortages at external visa application centres, or individual visa refusals.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
